BAE has been established in 2007 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The main activities of the company cover provision of consultancy services and design of building systems, focusing on energy-efficiency construction.

The knowledge and expertise of the company’s founders guarantee the implementation of European standards and innovative solutions in design, execution and maintenance of building systems. Since September 2012, BAE is a member of the Bulgarian Green Building Council - non-profit organization which efforts are aimed at developing a sustainable and energy-efficient living environment.

Since 01.01.2020 an independent Branch of the Company with a seat in Coburg Germany joined the BAE Team.
This was a further step to provide our services more adequate to the German market. Previously, the provision of services was coordinated from Sofia.
With the new branch we can react directly to the needs of our clients.
All works are performed by our teams in Sofia and Coburg in an international collaboration.
